The NEW Gourmet Crash Course!
Practical, economical, everyday cooking condensed into a 12-part intensive series, meeting three days per week from 9am to 2pm for four weeks straight, taking you through the basics and beyond. Taught by our three in-house Executive Chefs, this class is designed for home cooks looking to acquire practical skills for making family meals at home using advance prep tricks, quick meal techniques and tips for economizing. $1,500 per person, includes a chef jacket, an evening “kick off” reception to meet the chefs and your fellow students, and a grand finale party with the class. Professional Chef School Finals
Don’t miss out on the hottest dinner ticket in town, when our graduating class will thrill you with their culinary skills! Three nights in August – August 24, 25, 26 – and three nights in September – September 21, 22, 23 – reservations required. $55 plus tax for dinner, $75 plus tax with wine pairings.

Monday through Thursday Intermezzo
From 3 to 7pm, enjoy tasting “flights” of wine and cheese featuring our weekly special selection from our extensive cellar of wines from around the world. Daily soups and charcuterie platters are available too!

Friday Night Happy Hour
Great food, wine tasting and a glass of wine for $20 per person! Sample 5 different wines each week. Additional glasses of wine at $6 per glass. Starts at 5pm. Come early for a good seat!

Saturday Afternoon Wine Tasting
The last Saturday of each month, from 1-4pm. $5 buys you a taste of 8 wines chosen from our wide selection of domestic and international wines.
