A Cooking Class & Wine Pairing Experience

Join Allison & Bob Vezeau as they guide you through the art of food & wine pairing! Allison, a recent graduate of LCA’s Professional Chef Program, will be your in-kitchen instructor as you prepare your meal. Bob, graduate of the WSET Advanced Level III Certificate Program, will be your table-side sommelier, instructing you on the wines and teaching you the fundamentals of food & wine pairing.

A Taste of Spain
Saturday, December 2, 5-9pm
Menu: Paella croquettes; Moorish kabobs; Garlic shrimp; Papas castillanas; Tortilla Espagnol. Price: $115 per person, including wine pairings.
