 Knife Skills Workshop

This class will focus on knife skills, not cooking, but we’ll make some impromptu dishes from what we cut up. Learn precision knife cuts and use of a mandoline, practice with vegetables to add a professional touch to salads and soups, and learn to cut fruit – citrus, coconut, pineapple, mangos and other seasonal fruit. Price: $75 per person.
