Tiered Fondant Cakes

This is an advanced class for students wishing to learn the more challenging aspects of creating a tiered cake, including working with fondant. Students must bring their own cake tiers to class (UNFROSTED or UNFILLED), where they will learn to assemble and decorate them. Each student will need a 6"x3", a 8"x3” and a 10"x3” cake on the same size cakes boards, as well as your own tool kit. Price: $90 per person.
