Menu: you make it up! This is a class in experimentation! You will learn what basic staples to keep on hand (stuff you probably have already), how they combine for maximum flavor, find YOUR style and flavor preferences, and learn to cook with a splash of this and a dash of that. You will learn how to make the most of pantry staples, so that the addition of a fabulous farmers’ market vegetable or a quick package of chicken breasts will result in a delicious, satisfying meal. |
