Mexican Tour 2 – Ceviche & Pork Tenderloin
Wednesday, June 7, 6pm
Price: $85 per person, per class.

Menu: Ceviche Acapulco with shrimp, scallops, red snapper, chiles, onion, cilantro, tomato, lime juice and crispy tortilla; Pork tenderloin de Jalisco; Pork tenderloin with salsa verde, frijoles charros and calabasitas con queso (cowboy beans and zucchini with cheese); Tres leches pastel with rompope and strawberries.

Mexican Tour 3 – Chile Relleno & Tacos
Friday, June 30, 6pm
Price $85 per person per class.

Menu: Guacamole & queso fundido con chorizo with tortilla chips; Chile relleno with picadillo; Mexican tacos with carne asada, carnitas, cilantro cevolla and salsas; Mexican flan.
