Bikini Chef Diet Plan
Get in shape for summer and for a lifetime with The Bikini Chef Diet Series. Designed as a diet plan to follow or just great, healthy, delicious gourmet recipes for everyday living ~ this 9 week series will help you lose weight and feel great. Take one class, three classes or the entire series! Not all recipes will be prepared in class but will be included in packet. All recipes include nutrition and calorie information. Each class will also feature simple daily exercise tips, and Susan’s tricks for dealing with everyday temptations! $80 per person per class. 10% discount on three classes, or 20% discount on all nine classes.
June – Week One
Monday, June 5, 6pm

Menu: Breakfast of pear cinnamon muffins; Lunch of spiced tomato soup with celery, garlic and chives, and cucumber salad; Dinner of arugula greens with basil-shallot vinaigrette, crab with lemon-sage butter, and brandied pears.
June – Week Two

Menu: Breakfast of poached eggs with herb vinaigrette and mixed fresh fruit with rosemary glaze; Lunch of grilled chicken with mixed greens & mustard champagne vinaigrette, and spicy rice with dried fruit; Dinner of grilled halibut with basil oil, glow of white corn, green beans and water chestnuts, and amaretto fruit delight.
June – Week Three
