Class & Wine Pairing Experience
Join Allison & Bob Vezeau as they guide you through the art of food & wine pairing! Allison, a recent graduate of LCA’s Professional Chef Program, will be your in-kitchen instructor as you prepare your meal. Bob, graduate of the WSET Advanced Level III Certificate Program, will be your table-side sommelier, instructing you on the wines and teaching you the fundamentals of food & wine pairing.
Early Italian Summer
Saturday, June 10, 5-9pm
Price: $115 per person, per class, including wine pairings.
Menu: Melon & prosciutto platter; Mushroom crostini; Mixed greens with pancetta, roasted red peppers & goat cheese croutons; Roasted asparagus & cherry tomatoes with Parmesan orrechetti; Roasted pork loin with fennel & garlic; Tiramisu. Wines will be paired with each course.

Saturday, July 8, 5-9pm
Menu: Lemon artichoke pesto toasts; Fresh greens with tomatoes & garlic dressing; Grilled beef tenderloin with avocado; Chili crusted corn, red pepper black bean tart; Blueberry crisp. Wines will be paired with each course. Price: $115 per person, including wine pairings.

Friday, July 28, 6pm
Menu: Steamed garlic mussels; Provencal stuffed zucchini; Roasted tomato tart; French café salad of pear, endive, Roquefort & walnuts; Winemakers’ grape cake. Wines will be paired with each course. Price: $115 per person, per class, including wine pairings. |
