In response to our many requests for simple, healthy meals that you can prepare quickly after a long day, our instructors have developed these menus for you to keep in your repertoires. Any of them can be prepared with minimal effort in no time at all!

Grilled T-Bones
Sunday, June 25, 4-8pm; Susan Irby
Price: $85 per person

Menu: Corn on the cob with chili lime butter; Grilled chili cornmeal crusted t-bone steaks; Mexican rice; individual caramel flan.

Poached Salmon
Monday, June 26, 6pm; Analisa
|Price: $85 per person, per class
Menu: Cool cucumber salad; Poached salmon with mustard dill sauce; Saffron potatoes; Meyer lemon upside-down cake with sweet whipped cream.
