We are proud and honored to welcome highly-acclaimed Chef Maurice Brazier to Laguna Culinary Arts! In this series of classes focused on the diverse regional cuisine of France, Chef Maurice will perform his culinary magic, and share the secrets of more than 50 years experience working in the finest kitchens throughout France, Morocco, Portugal, Iran and Lebanon. These classes are recommended for our experienced home chefs.

Price: $95 per person, per class, or $115 with wine pairings.

Menu: Velouté d’escargots; Jarret de veau braisé aux carottes et navets; Tarte fine aux pommes et epices. (Chicken cream soup with escargot; Veal shank braised with carrots & turnips; Thin spiced apple tart.)

Saturday, June 24, 5-9pm

Menu: Crème de pois frais; Supreme de bar bonne femme latue braisé; Clafouti aux cerises. (Petite pea soup; Filet of sea bass with shallots & mushrooms with braised butter lettuce; Cherry clafouti.)
