In this series of classes focused on the diverse regional cuisine of France, Chef Maurice will perform his culinary magic, and share the secrets of more than 50 years experience working in the finest kitchens throughout France, Morocco, Portugal, Iran and Lebanon. These classes are recommended for our experienced home chefs.
