Menu: California roll and seared albacore sashimi with soy sauce, ginger, and wasabi; Broccoli chowder soup; Roasted herb crusted rack of lamb with baby carrots, green beans, fingerling potatoes and thyme accented sauce; Poached pears with vanilla ice cream.
