Menu: Butter lettuce heart salad with raspberry vinaigrette, roasted walnuts & blue cheese; Pistachio & potato chip crusted halibut with roasted sweet potato batonnet, sautéed spinach & pistachio cilantro pesto; Chocolate soufflé with chantilly whipped cream.

Sesame Crusted Ahi
Friday, June 23, 6pm; Chef Octavio
Price: $90 per person, per class.

Menu: Strawberry salad with baby spinach, cream cheese, almond biscotti and balsamic vinaigrette; Sesame crusted Ahi on stir fried cabbage, mushrooms, asparagus and bean sprouts with soy-ginger sauce; Crème de cassis & berries soup topped with sabayon.
