Brought to you by the kitchen design firm Le Gourmet Kitchen, our new facility is full of state-of-the art Dacor appliances and beautifully appointed cabinetry and counters, and stocked with our favorite pots, pans, knives, tools and gadgets. Easy Home Made Pasta

Not prerequisite to individual classes in this schedule, but definitely recommended for anyone looking to build a bit more confidence in basic skills. Composed of “mini-series” to suit cooks with different levels of experience, each “mini-series” contains 3 or 4 classes, and will focus on a different level of skills.

Want to learn the basics fast? Join us for a three-day adventure in cooking, and we’ll send you away with the inspiration and knowledge to tackle the most daunting cookbooks! Curriculum will follow the Basic series described above for the first two days. On the 3rd day, we’ll use the techniques and skills learned the previous days to plan and execute a memorable meal – working out the timing, advanced preparation, etc. to ensure your ability to pull off a “wow” meal of your own. Price: $350 per person for 3 days. Limit of 6 people in this class.

Sharpen your skills in this 3-hour workshop, and learn to slice and dice like a pro. Resident knife nut Jason Green will tell you all about the use and care kitchen knives, then you’ll put your newfound knowledge to work. Afterwards, you’ll mix up all the stuff you’ve chopped and have a meal! Recipes: Tomato herb salsa; Garlic parmesan crostinis; Cobb salad; Fresh fruit “ratatouille” with yogurt sauce.
