Date Night

These classes are designed for couples! You and your date work together in the kitchen along with other couples, then sit down to a candlelit dinner at a cozy bistro table in our Cheese Shop. Optional wine pairings are available with each menu.

Menu: Grilled asparagus & onions with balsamic vinegar & blue cheese; Argentine spice-rubbed grilled flank steak with salsa Criolla; Grilled southwestern potato salad; Coffee, chocolate & Kahlua mousse. Price: $200 per couple, or $240 with wine pairings.

Grilled Rib Eye Steaks

Menu: Red leaf Caesar salad with grilled Parmesan croutons; Grilled rib-eye steaks with parsley garlic butter; Orange-hazelnut asparagus spears; Chocolate orange soufflé with espresso whipped cream. Price: $200 per couple, or $240 with wine pairings.
