Herb Workshop
We’re pleased to collaborate with Ruben Flores of the Laguna Beach Nursery to bring this special workshop series on growing and cooking with fresh herbs. Class will start off with a discussion by Ruben on how to grow and maintain your favorite herbs, complete with pots of all the herbs we’ll be using. Following this herb intro, the chefs will bring you into the kitchen to get started! The recipes are designed to allow you to experiment with how the herbs can change the flavors and styles of each dish.
