Campus Cooking for Beginners Don’t send your college-bound teenagers off without a little culinary inspiration! These classes are designed for college-aged young adults living outside the dorms, to teach some basic favorites that don’t require too much effort!

College II: Two Meals in One

Learn how to use leftovers to make new dishes! Menu: Summer rolls with peanut sauce; Simple roasted chicken; Chicken pot pie; Biscuits two ways; Strawberry shortcake. Price: $85 per person.
College III: Italian Night Saturday, May 15, 5pm; Linda Menu: Prosciutto, mozzarella & tomato skewers; Garlic bread; Easy lasagna (both Italian sausage and vegetarian); Lemon cupcakes. Price: $85 per person.
