Menu: Summer corn soup; Simply delicious green beans & cherry tomatoes; Broiled pork chops with sun dried tomato & chipotle pesto; Minted melon with Caribbean elixir. Price: $80 per person, per class.

Smoked Ribs

Menu: Chopped broccoli salad with red onion, bacon & sunflower seeds; Stovetop smoker ribs; Kansas City barbeque sauce; Corn on the cob; Watermelon slices with lime-honey syrup. Price: $95 per person, or $170 for two.

Heat it up in the Hamptons

Menu: Gazpacho Andaluz with grilled croutons; Grilled skewers with chimichurri sauce; Grilled corn with chipotle butter; Brandied pineapple wheels with vanilla ice cream & caramelized onions. Price: $85 per person, per class.
