Sunday, September 24, 4-8pm; Analisa
Menu: Basmati rice with cinnamon & saffron; Grilled Tandoori chicken marinated in yogurt-lime; Cucumber, mint & tomato “raita;” Saffron-cardamon poached pears with cranberry-currant relish. Price: $85 per person, per class.
