Make Friday night your cook-out night and join our creative chefs as they guide you through the preparation of an intimate dinner. You and your date will work together to make your own menu for two.

Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb
Friday, June 9, 6pm; Chef Octavio
Price: $180 per couple, $220 with wine pairings.

Menu: California roll and seared albacore sashimi with soy sauce, ginger, and wasabi; Broccoli chowder soup; Roasted herb crusted rack of lamb with baby carrots, green beans, fingerling potatoes and thyme accented sauce; Poached pears with vanilla ice cream.

Herb Roasted Cornish Hens

Price: $180 per couple, $220 with wine pairings.

Menu: Citrus marinated salmon with rosemary syrup; Herb roasted Cornish hens with wild rice, sage and cranberry stuffing; Asparagus tips with “Bikini” Bernaise sauce; Lemon soufflé glace in martini presentation.

Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Menu: Chilled tomato soup with crab salad and pistou; Grilled pork tenderloin with salsa verde; Warm roasted potato salad with black olive mint pesto; Grilled pineapple with sweet lime black pepper sauce. Price: $180 per couple; $220 with wine pairings.

Menu: Warm spinach salad with red grapes & pancetta; Pan seared filet mignon with blackberry cabernet sauce; Roasted asparagus; roasted garlic mashed potatoes; no-bake chocolate pot de crème. Price: $180 per couple; $220 with wine pairings.

Lamb Lovers
Friday, September 15, 6pm; Susan
Menu: Melon ball cocktails with Cava; Lamb chops with jalapeno mint sauce; Rice pilaf with cilantro and green onion; Green beans with spicy vinaigrette; Grilled pound cake with balsamic peaches. Price: $180 per couple; $220 with wine pairings.
