Menu: Brochettes of melon, prosciutto & fresh mozzarella; Gorgonzola fig bites with toasted almonds & honey drizzle; Seared beef tenderloin with wasabi cream cheese on crostini; Grilled shrimp with tomato horseradish dipping sauce. Price: $85 per person, per class.
