These packable menus are perfect for your foray into the great outdoors! We’ll provide the containers for you to pack up your creations to take to the concert, or the beach, or wherever!

Steak Sandwiches
Sunday, July 23, 10am-2pm; Marta
Menu: Steak sandwiches on garlic baguettes with arugula & tomatoes; Watermelon, green onion, jalapeno & mint salad; Chocolate coconut bars. Price: $80 per person, per class.

Italian Flavors
Sunday, August 6, 10am-2pm; Marta
Menu: Caponata with toasted crostini; Torte Milanese (puff pastry layered with roasted peppers, spinach, egg omelet, Swiss cheese & ham); Melon balls with honey-lime dressing; Macaroon cookies. Price: $80 per person, per class.
