In this series of classes featuring the diverse cuisine found in the countries surrounding the Mediterranean Sea, Chef Maurice will perform his culinary magic, and share the secrets of more than 50 years experience working in the finest kitchens throughout France, Morocco, Portugal, Iran and Lebanon. These classes are recommended for more advanced students.
