Classes in Orange!
Our new teaching kitchen, located in the historic district of Orange, is up and running. Brought to you by the kitchen design firm Le Gourmet Kitchen, our new facility is full of state-of-the art Dacor appliances and beautifully appointed cabinetry and counters, and stocked with our favorite pots, pans, knives, tools and gadgets. The Gourmet Series | Saucing it Like a Pro
Soufflés

Not a prerequisite to individual classes in this schedule, but definitely recommended for anyone looking to build a bit more confidence in basic skills. Composed of “mini-series” to suit cooks with different levels of experience, each “mini-series” contains 3 or 4 classes, and will focus on a different level of skills.

Cooking with Convection

Almost every new kitchen has a convection oven these days – with such an amazing range of functionality that we can do things we could never achieve before … but who really knows how to use them to their best advantage? Join Chef Joe in our Orange kitchen to learn the tricks of the different modes of convection heat for great results. Menu: Jalapeno corn bread; Roast pork loin with summer citrus sauce; Cayenne pepper & maple syrup coated bacon strips; Chocolate chip cookies. Price: $85 per person.

Learn the simple secrets to perfectly light and fluffy soufflé! Menu: Wild mushroom soufflé with thyme demi-glaze sauce; Cheese soufflé with chive sauce; Harlequin soufflé; Pumpkin soufflé with vanilla sauce; Chocolate soufflé with chocolate sauce & chantilly cream. Price: $85 per person, per class.
