Menu: Tomato bruschetta; Medley of crostini: Calves liver, rapini with Italian sausage, gilled eggplant with pesto, zucchini spread. Price: $85 per person, per class.
Class 2 – Italian Pasta Sauces
Saturday, August 9, 5pm
Laguna Beach location
Menu: Bolognese sauce; Checca; Pesto; Carbonara; Variety of noodles (not handmade) will be served with the various sauces. Price: $85 per person, per class.
Class 3 – Italian Meat Dishes
Saturday, September 13, 5pm
Laguna Beach location
Menu: Veal Saltimbocca; Chicken Parmesan; Pork chops with porcini sauce; Beef Pizzaiola. Price: $90 per person, per class.
