Basics of Food & Wine Pairing
This course is designed for people with some basic wine knowledge who are ready to explore the basic concepts of pairing your favorite foods with great wine (or pairing your favorite wine with great food!) Each class will feature 5 “small plate” dishes, with wines per dish (total of 7 wines per class). Through interactive discussion, the students will discuss the success of each pairing, and explore the reasons for a good or poor relationship between the food and the wine.

Laguna Beach location
Class 1: White wines
Class 2: Lighter body red wines
Class 3: Full body red wines
$175 for three classes.
