The creation of a recipe takes some time and thought … it’s simple to get ingredients but even the best ingredients do not guarantee a great dish. This is where “creating” the recipe comes I – the way we cook the ingredients determines the flavor each one will have. Whether we are roasting, grilling, sautéing or poaching, all these cooking methods give each food a distinctly different flavor.
In this series of classes, Chef Octavio Montoya will teach you how the different cooking methods affects each dish, and you will learn to use the various ingredients available for each class to enhance and complement the flavor of the main protein ingredient and bring out the best tastes possible. 15% discount if you take all 6 classes!
