Chef of the new Xanh Bistro in Fountain Valley, where she serves heavenly Vietnamese soul food! Haley trained at the apron strings of her grandmother in Vietnam before immigrating to the US. While pursuing other career endeavors, her passion for food and cooking never subsided.
