Mediterranean Patio Party

Mozzarella Making Party

Learn to make Mozzarella from scratch, then use it in some delicious and creative ways! Menu: Fresh Mozzarella; Caprese salad with tomatoes, basil & fresh Mozzarella cheese with balsamic drizzle; Pizza Margherita with fresh Mozzarella. Price: $85 per person.

Gourmet Pizza Party

Menu: Caramelized onion & gorgonzola pizza; Roasted eggplant & garlic pizza; Robiola cheese with zucchini & mushroom pizza; Chopped salad with summer vegetables. Price: $85 per person, or $100 with wine.

Summer Party Appetizers

Menu: Herbed warm olives; Fig & blue cheese stuffed pastry puffs; Crab cakes with tartar dollop; Grilled radicchio rolls wrapped in pancetta & stuffed with herbed goat cheese. Price: $85 per person.

Spanish Paella Party
