Menu: Buying the right coffee can be more challenging than you think! In this class, we will taste and compare several local roasters’ coffees. Participants will learn to choose coffee that best suits their individual tastes, and learn the difference between organic, fair trade, Rainforest Alliance certified, and bird-friendly coffee – giving the consumer a better set of criterion to vote with their dollars when buying coffee. Price: $30 per person.
