Menu: Black & white shortbread cookies; Rum balls; Sand tarts with pecans; Florentine lace cookies. Everyone will take home lots of cookies! Price: $85 per person, per class.
Holiday Dessert Buffet I

Menu: Palm Beach brownies; Cinnamon almond bars; Black & white cheesecake bars; Elegant & easy chocolate truffles; Orange macadamia dessert sauce; Spiced pecans. Price: $80 per person, per class.

Learn plate presentation to make your delicious soufflés look great too! Menu: Grand Marnier soufflé; Chocolate soufflé; Crème Anglaise; Berry coulis; Caramel sauce. Price: $85 per person, per class.
Gingerbread Houses
Saturday, December 16, 9:30am-2:30pm; Karen
Create your own gingerbread house to take home and display! You’ll learn how to cut the gingerbread, bake it and assemble your house, including lots of candy to decorate the house. Kids are welcome to accompany an adult. Please note this is a 5-hour class. Light lunch will be served during class. $95 per person, or $180 for 2.
