Menu: Wreath of baked brie in puff pastry with melba sauce & gingersnaps; Squash croquettes with cilantro chili sauce; Asparagus & lemon orange goat cheese wrapped in phyllo; Marinated beef filet on toast points with cranberry port wine glaze; Eggplant mousse with wonton crisps; Prosciutto wrapped dates with honey mustard. Menu: Belgian endive filled with Asian chicken; Salmon pinrolls with dill & cream cheese; Zucchini rolls with chevre and roasted tomato aioli; Sirloin tips with Asian dipping sauce. Price: $85 per person, per class.
