Master Baking: Bread
Pastry chef Karen Oliphint is back on staff! This mini-series of bread baking classes is perfect for anyone who has ever wanted to master the art of bread making. These classes last 5 hours; a light snack will be served.
Basic Bread Making
Sunday, October 15, 10am-3pm
Menu: French bread, including shaping of baguettes and boules; Sunflower multigrain; Sundried tomato & goat cheese spiral rolls. Price: $95 per person, per class.
Advanced Bread Making
Sunday, October 29, 10am-3pm
Menu: Sourdough starter; Sourdough bread; Challah bread including braiding techniques. Price: $95 per person, per class.
