Menu: Seared foie gras with citrus gastrique supreme & toast points; Duck confit salad; Roasted duck breasts glazed in soy, molasses and whisky; Purée of orange infused sweet potatoes; Sautéed broccoli with garlic and lemon; Espresso pot de crème. Price: $150 per person, or $175 with wine pairings.
