Menu: Crown roast of lamb; Long grain rice with hint of coconut, sage, & cranberry; Shredded brussels sprouts with chanterelle mushrooms; Lemon, vanilla & pomegranate soufflé with Grand Marnier crème. Price: $95 per person, or $115 with wine pairings.

Tenderloin Steaks with Garlic Sauce
Friday, December 15, 6pm; Analisa
Menu: Tenderloin steaks with garlic sauce; Mashed sweet potatoes; Blue cheese pear salad; Zinfandel poached pears with dark chocolate sauce. Price: $95 per person, or $115 with wine pairings.

Duck Three Ways

Friday, December 29, 6pm; Kathleen
Menu: Seared foie gras with citrus gastrique supreme & toast points; Duck confit salad; Roasted duck breasts glazed in soy, molasses and whisky; Purée of orange infused sweet potatoes; Sautéed broccoli with garlic and lemon; Espresso pot de crème. Price: $150 per person, or $175 with wine pairings.
