Wine Classes
These classes explore four important wine regions in depth. In addition to tasting six different wines, these classes will cover each regions’ specific grape varietals, labeling laws and specific regional classifications, history, viticulture and vinification processes, and regional characteristics. Appropriate for anyone who has taken the Wine Basics class, or with equivalent knowledge. Chef Laurent Brazier will teach the French regions, and our visiting friend from Italy, Sommelier Franco Porretti, will teach the Italian regions.
