Menu: Grilled romaine salad; Grilled asparagus; Wade’s famous tri-tip; Baked potatoes with all the fixings; Grilled nectarine Napoleons. Price: $80 per person, per class.

Autumn Dinner in Santa Fe

Menu: Santa Fe slaw; Braised southwest beef; Polenta stuffed banana peppers; Black bean salsa; Brown sugar pineapple crisp. Price: $85 per person, per class.
