Learn how to lose the fat but keep the flavor, perfect the art of pan sautéing and learn how to whip up quick pan sauces for a delicious weekday meal. Each person will do their own pan sauté and prepare all three sauces. Menu: Pan sautéed chicken breast; Piccata sauce; White wine & herb pan sauce; Creamy mustard & dill sauce; Tossed green salad; Roasted vegetables. Price: $85 per person, per class.
