Menu: Spaghetti Carbonara; Rigatoni alla Amatriciana; Bucatini alla carrettiera (spicy tomato sauce). This class uses pre-made pasta. Price: $85 per person, or $105 with wine pairings.

Tuscan Roast Pork Loin
Friday, November 10, 6pm
Menu: Zuppa di farro e fagioli; Lombo di maiale alle bacche di ginepro; Zucchine ripiene; Ciambelline al vin santo (Farro & bean soup; Roasted pork loin with juniper berries; Baked stuffed zucchini; Tuscan cookies with extra virgin olive oil & Vin Santo). Price: $95 per person, or $115 with wine pairings.

Thanksgiving in Tuscany
Sunday, November 12, 4-8pm
Menu: Maltagliati alla crema di funghi; Tacchinella farcita; Piselli alla fiorentina; Castagnaccio (Hand-made pasta squares in wild porcini mushroom sauce; Whole boned turkey stuffed with vegetables; Florentine style peas with ham & garlic; Chestnut cake with pine nuts, rosemary & raisins).
