Knife Skills Workshop

With the holiday cooking season just around the corner, now is the time to bone up on your knife skills. Join us to practice basic knife cuts and talk about the terminology and technology of knives. Use our high-quality German-made knives, or bring in your own for evaluation. 1-1/2 hour class. $40 per person per session.
