Cheese Course 101
A three-part series exploring the more-than-exciting world of cheese! Foodservice professionals and neophytes alike will benefit from these classes. From tasting to pairing and presentation, we will take you through the steps to becoming a cheese master! Invaluable advice on buying, storing and serving cheeses at their peak will also inspire you as Henry Cram, our cheese guy, takes you around the world through the imagination of a fromagier. Each class will include tasting many cheeses.
Class I: Introduction to Cheese

The origins and history of cheese: facts, myths and legends including an overview of the categories of cheese. Probably the most valuable class of the series. Also: an introduction to fresh cheeses. Price: $55 per person, per class, or $150 for all three classes.
Class II: Mas Queso!
Wednesday, November 14, 6:30-8:30pm
An introduction to the world of cheeses & a demonstration on how cheese is made. Learn important cheese vocabulary to heighten your cheese purchasing abilities. Also: an introduction to pairing cheese with wine. Price: $55 per person, per class, or $150 for all three classes.
Class III: A Table of Cheese
Wednesday, December 5, 6:30-8:30pm
In this final class we will explore the many uses of cheese from setting up the perfect tasting to the art of cheese fondue. Yum! What an excellent way to end the series. Price: $55 per person, per class, or $150 for all three classes.
