Recommended for those with more advanced cooking skills, who want to get away from recipes and start creating on their own. This 5-hour workshop starts with a short walk to the local farmers market, where the chef will explain how to select the freshest ingredients as students pick the seasonal produce for their meal. Back in the kitchen, the chef will guide you through the options for preparing the bounty. This is your chance to experiment, explore and create! Limited to 8 participants. Price: $150 per person.
