After a brief discussion (and tasting) of the different styles of cheese and their accompaniments, we’ll get to work on making platters. As beautiful as the cheese itself is, it’s often the other small touches that makes a platter look so great, and inviting! We’ll work with nuts, dried and fresh fruit, micro greens, edible flowers, jams and honeys. Everyone will get to take home their platter! Price: $75 per person.
