Sharpen up your knife skills for holiday cooking! In this class we’ll practice with knifes getting lots of stuff chopped, then toss it all together and enjoy the results. Menu: Tomato herb salsa; Garlic Parmesan crostini; Cobb salad; Fresh fruit ratatouille with honey-yogurt rum sauce. Price: $75 per person.
