Whether you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary, corporate event, hosting a family gathering or just out to have fun – our culinary adventures ensure a fun, interactive, memorable experience for all. 

Wine & cheese pairing classes … at our Gourmet Cheese Shop Wine Cellar & Café!
Sit back and enjoy a fun and informative experience, surrounded by the wines and cheeses of the world in our Gourmet Cheese Shop and Wine Cellar. These classes will feature tasting of 6 - 8 wines picked by our Sommelier, and along with the wines, our Cheese Monger will pair cheeses that make outstanding matches! Hors d’ oeuvres, charcuterie platters and seasonal menu options are available. This will be a truly educational experience, with tasting and discussion of both wines and cheeses. The class will be approximately 2 hours long.

Get to know your colleagues up close and personal without sweating it – in the kitchen! What better way to improve planning, communication and coordination skills than working together to create a fabulous 3-course meal or a dazzling array of delicious appetizers? Our staff can work with you to create a fun and effective team-building experience. Call us for dates and details!

All of our classes focus on the art of cooking, emphasizing the use of the freshest seasonal ingredients at the height of their flavor, presented with maximum visual appeal. Our “hands-on” classes allow everyone to have fun while sharing in the experience of cooking. And of course, we sample the results of our efforts in a meal at the end of class. For those who are less sure of themselves in the kitchen, our instructors will work directly with individuals to ensure that everyone learns proper knife technique and safe food handling practices.

Any of our programs can be tailored to fit your groups needs - taking into account dietary restrictions, culinary skills (or lack thereof), as well as meeting the goals of a team-building exercise. Since opening in July 2001, we have hosted more than 300 corporate events for companies such as Memorial Care, Merrill Lynch, State Street Financial, American Express, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Elan, The Quaker Oats Company, Pfizer, BP, Lexus, US Food Service, and Nestle, to name just a few.

Let us do all the work! Come enjoy a day or evening event in picturesque Laguna Beach, sit down to a gourmet lunch or diner made by you and have us pair each course with wines selected from our Gourmet Cheese and Wine Shop. Sommeliers are also available to enhance the tasting experience.
