Wine & Cheese Tasting Join us every Thursday evening for an informal
wine & cheese tasting at the Canyon. Each month we feature different
wines, and pair the wines with cheeses from our wide selection.
$15 for a “flight” of 2 wines (2 ounces each) and 3
cheeses, including bread, crostini and assorted olives. Charcuterie
platters are also available for $7. Reservations recommended. Seating
