Laguna Culinary Arts together with Sundried Tomato Café invite you to a unique series of dinners highlighting the cuisine of the world's greatest cheeses. Each month we will focus on one cheese-making region and present a 5-course menu based around the most outstanding cheeses of that region. Dishes will also incorporate some regional specialties of the area and will be paired with a flight of wines chosen to enhance the experience. Cheese expert James Drakeford will be on hand to start the evening off with an educational tasting and overview of the cheeses. Chef Mark Jacobi from Sundried Tomato will also be on hand to explain the recipes for the dishes that will be served that evening (copies will be available).
