Menu: Frisee salad with bacon & croutons; Classic Beef Bourguignon; Roasted potatoes; Apple Tarte Tatin.

Steak au Poivre
Sunday, March 12, 4-8pm, PCH; Tarla
Price: $95 per person, per class, or $170 for two.
Menu: Omelette au fromage; Steak au poivre; Pomme frites; Celery remoulade; Terrine au chocolate & crème anglaise.
